You don’t have to navigate this alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (also referred to as a Licensed Professional Counselor), I help individuals bridge the space between where they’ve been and where their soul is calling them to go.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. I was born with a congenital heart condition (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) and have walked the uncertain road of extensive medical testing, life-altering diagnoses, and open-heart surgery. I understand what it’s like when your body suddenly becomes a source of fear or confusion, when medical appointments become your routine, and when the people around you struggle to truly understand what you’re going through—even when they care.
Whether you're living with a chronic illness, supporting a loved one through theirs, navigating the emotional toll of medical trauma, or wrestling with health anxiety, know that your experiences are valid and deserve gentle, compassionate attention. These challenges can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and alone—even in a world full of people.
There are seasons in life when stress, grief, uncertainty, or illness feels all-consuming. Relationships shift. Energy fades. And you begin to question everything—“Why me?” or “What now?” You might find that friends and family offer support, but not always understanding. You may be longing for something deeper—something healing.

My role is to walk beside you—to help you clarify your goals, honor your truth, and support your growth into the fullest, most grounded version of yourself.
