As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (also known as a Licensed Professional Counselor), my passion stems from my authentic love of people and life-long aspiration to help individuals overcome mental health issues in ways that promote their overall well-being—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am wholeheartedly invested in helping others to ease their pain and suffering, to return to healthier levels of functioning, and to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
My clients inspire me everyday and our work together has caused within me a deep appreciation for the healing power of the therapeutic process. I believe the most successful path for change is based on open and honest dialogue, and the authentic relationship that is developed between the therapist and client. You deserve to be seen and understood to the fullest magnitude! I believe as people, we tend to be far more capable than we perceive ourselves to be, and I'd like to help you uncover what you are truly made of! It's time for us to work together to get you back on track to the life and happiness you deserve!

A New York native, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from CUNY Macaulay Honors College at the College of Staten Island, where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I received my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Brooklyn College.
I have worked extensively with individuals who have exhibited a wide range of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, and substance use, in addition to relationship, behavior and other mental health problems. I have also provided individual psychotherapy services to people who have suffered from mood disorders, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, relationship conflicts and other mental health concerns using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic and person-centered techniques.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy focusing on my spiritual journey, tie-dyeing clothes, drawing, painting, and writing poetry. I also love streaming movies and TV shows (including some anime) with my husband, and spending time with our Maltese, Gabby.
